Buying, listening, and managing your music

How do I find and preview music?

Use Search, Genres, Top Listens, and New to explore the catalogue. A track's play control lets visitors hear its public preview. Full-track playback requires ownership of the music or an active streaming plan.

Do I need an account?

You may browse and listen to public previews without signing in. Sign in or create an account before checkout so purchases, tickets, favourites, playlists, and streaming access attach safely to your profile.

How do I buy music or tickets?

  1. Add the song, album, hard-copy item, or available show ticket to your cart.
  2. Open the cart, review the items and quantities, and continue to checkout.
  3. Sign in when prompted and confirm the order information.
  4. Choose an offered payment option and follow its secure instructions.
  5. After payment is confirmed, open Purchased or Library for eligible downloads and ticket information.

Where are my purchased downloads?

Sign in with the account used for the order, then open Purchased. Eligible songs and albums provide download actions there. If a paid order is missing, contact BuyMusic with the account email address and order reference.

How does streaming work?

  • Public previews remain available while browsing.
  • A once-off plan covers its stated access period and does not renew automatically.
  • A recurring plan renews for the period shown during signup until it is cancelled.
  • Plan status and cancellation controls are available from the signed-in Profile area.

How do favourites and playlists work?

Use the heart control to save music to Favourites. A signed-in listener can create and manage playlists, add music, rename playlists, choose a default playlist, and remove playlists that are no longer wanted.

What happens with hard-copy media?

Hard-copy media requires a delivery address. Checkout asks for it when the cart contains a physical item, and the address is retained with the order for fulfilment.

How do I pay safely?

BuyMusic does not ask you to send card details by email. Online card information is entered on OneGate's secure payment screen. Never send card numbers, PINs, or security codes to BuyMusic support.
